This place is my favorite in the area. The coffee is great and the food is to die for. Really wish it was closer to me because it seems like a great place to sit and get some work done. I got the s’mores latte and my boyfriend got the watermelon juice and they were both so good. Favorite place to go when I’m in the area.

Came here for Sunday brunch. The place is small and casual. There's no sit down service for those who are new to the place, if you're coming in with a group you should probably find seating first. You order at the front and they will bring the food to your table. The food was presented well and it was really tasty. The drinks are average with a beautiful presentation. Only thing I wish they would fix is the ventilation in the place. When I came out of the place, i smelled like grease. Overall, excellent place to eat!

Lovely selection of breakfast items. The Ginger tumeric latte is awesome! And the fact that I can get my sandwich gluten free, makes this place a home run.

Delicious and beautiful food! You order a simple dish and what you receive is a work of art. My daughter lives nearby and during our last visit to New York she could wait to share her favorite spot with us. Everything is fresh and it's always busy so I guess you can take a clue from that. I highly recommend it if you are in the area and looking for a healthy yummy meal or snack.

Every single plate I've tried from Cafe Madeline has been absolutely delicious. Their coffee is very good, grounded on the premises. They have fresh orange juice and various other healthy smoothies. They have a vast variety of eggs, wraps and bowls. There are many vegan and vegetarian options. The place is busy fairly often (specifically in the weekends) so be ready to wait for a seat.

Great coffee shop. Very busy. Long lines. Lots of tables. Additional seating area in the back. Very good for working on laptop with free WiFi although not the fastest. Only 1 restroom. Small outdoor seating area in front of store. Love the big yellow front awning.

This place blew my mind! Everything here tasted absolutely amazing. We visited Brooklyn and NY for only 3 days but we came here for breakfast twice. The bacons were thick and juicy, the scrambled eggs were fluffy and perfectly flavoured, the guacamole was so fresh and with good spice, they even make their own jam. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will definitely be coming back when I visit Brooklyn next. If you are in the neighbourhood, give it a try!

I really like this restaurant/cafe. It’s a nice place to grab a meal and coffee. The restaurant is spacious and the service and ambience are nice. Would recommend coming here.

Very good food but inflated prices... Staff is friendly and efficient. I guess nothing's perfect. I'd go more often if 2 eggs overeasy toast sausage and salady bits...$13.05 ijs

Amazingly huge selection of menu. Literally never get bored of coming here ever and I have been for years. Everything is delicious and there is so much seating so finding a seat isn’t too much trouble even if it is packed. The staff are always happy to serve. Usually the service is fast here and the drinks come right away but when it is busy the food takes quite a lot longer. Once they forgot my order and I waited approximately an hour for my food to arrive but the staff was really apologetic and gave me a little cheesecake bite to compensate for their mistake which was super nice but I was really hungry. To sum it up, this place never disappoints when it comes to the amazing quality of food and friendly service. Just the wait time that needs a little work.

Best cafe in Ditmas Park. The pastries are delicious. The ingredients for the food are superb. And the on-tap teas and coffee are top notch. I take myself and all my friends here when hungry.

If you are in the mood of a scrumptiously tasty and alternative-inspired breakfast, lunch, in-between snack, or dinner, served with a house-specialty latte, such as a rose petal latte, or lavender latte, then this place is for you. And me. I never tire of trying one of Café Madeline’s tastings of a Bombay Veggie Burger, or a Beef Bone Broth, or the lovingly whipped up Green Tea Latte. There is a an amazing selection of unusual smoothies and soft drinks, such as the Glide Green Tea with Hemp Extract. There is ample seating inside, and some seating outside, but getting a seat at a table can be difficult during peak hours. Do visit this café, you will love it for the rest of your life.

This place probally definetly has a new name. But on the back of the awning it says cafe Madeline. So this place has every single club or seltzer or mineral water, kambucha, coconut water cold brew hot/cold coffee your heart could desire. Its small but the space is used effectivly to seat the most people without squeezing them together and the staff is friendly. I was in heaven here and the food is so good. They have paistrys, cookies as well as breakfast foods and bowls. The place is reasonably priced for the location.

Everything is described and looks great, you may have a hard time making a selection. Had the breakfast biscuit sandwiches and an almond butter latte. I will be going back regularly. I can't believe I took me so long to try it, I've been walking by for a while and was interested but couldn't tell from the outside what I was missing all along...

Really nice cafe with decent space to eat and sip tea. Great place to study or get work done. Multiple outlets scattered around the cafe. Just make sure you buy something! They gotta make money somehow. Everyone is really nice, especially the Latino barista. He was super nice and helpful.

Oh my, this tiny place filled our hearts and stomachs for a week (while we visited Brooklyn and stayed in Flatbush) with the MOST delicious breakfasts and lunches. We didn't consider going elsewhere because it was just that good. Everything had an avocado on it ..bonus points! Somehow they crank out this from scratch? food in the smallest of kitchens that couldn't taste any more amazing. Their coffees are just unforgettable, too. The only downside is the seating is limited and it's crowded because everyone wants to partake. Can't blame them. Go there and have breakfast, you won't be hungry til the afternoon because they are generous with portions. A gem of a cafe.

Such a wonderful spot to eat breakfast, brunch and lunch. Everything is Freshly made, ORGANIC and delicious. The place is simple, comfortable and casual_nothing fancy, but it certainly has a character. The service is also fast and top notch! The menu is quite extensive with plenty to choose from. They have breakfast omelettes, sandwiches, brekkie bowls, salads, smoothies, teas, coffees and desserts.It won't disappoint and is definitely worth the trek to Cortelyou Rd in Brooklyn! Highly recommended!

Cozy neighborhood cafe with co-working space in the back. The food is fresh, locally sourced and delicious. Coffee and tea are a cut above the rest.

Well it's not necessarily comfortable for long stays but I have to give it to these people for being so innovative and creative to come up with so many delicious and healthy things to choose from. Attention to detail like keeping potatoes hot while waiting for another order to finish brings much pleasure to diners like me 😅 Biscuit is as good as one you'd find in the south. And who would have thought that pastrami and avocado would go so well together? Would definitely be up for trying a few other things on the menu 🙌

I love this place. So lucky to have it in my neighborhood. Food + coffee are always good BUT the seating in the back room is a disaster. Tables and chairs are crammed in so tight they remain vacant because no one can get to them.

Pretty nifty cafe. Fast service and the food was good. Had the Chocolate Hazelnut Latte with the Madeline Breakfast Plate. There is a lot to choose from on the menu. I will definitely be back to try something else.

I've been coming here for while to do paperwork. the Wifi is free and food is fresh and delicious. A great place for Teas as well. awesome staff...definitely worth a stop! love it here😍

My friend goes here all the time and she told me about this Cookie & Cream latte she had there... So the next time I was free I asked her to go. I been there once before and it was good.So I tried the Cookies & Cream Latte with almond milk( they have other milk options) and it comes with a oreo cookie too! It was soooooo delicious!!!! The latte was so good I bought another one to go! *yum*Will have to go back another day and try out the delicious sandwiches I've seen on some plates.. Everything just looks good!

The most delicious plates, it will be a long wait for sure, but absolutely worth it if you're the kind of person who appreciates high quality, well prepared food. Their bacon is to die for, super creative and delicious dishes with beautiful presentations, generous amounts of greens on the side. I give only four stars because they need to figure out a better ventilation system, if you're in there for even ten minutes you will smell like their grill ( try to get a seat outside or, like me, get it to go 😎)

I have been to Cafe Madeline many times and have never been disappointed. A few weeks ago I was there and once again the food was fantastic however as I was eating my friend saw a roach I didn't believe it until I looked and saw it also. It ruined the whole expirence and I don't think I will be going back.

This is a popular spot, it isn't easy to get a seat at peak times, but check all the way in the back as there are more spots their. The space is a bit cramped as they really use every nook and cranny for a table. On the sidewalk outside is the lone large table, which seems to be communal. Prices are high, but those $15 bowls are enough for two people, so maybe share. The menu looks very daunting, but many are simple variations on the same basic dish (for example most of the bowls are only differentiated by what protein they include).

This restaurant is a great one. They don't mind little children. The menu is solid and the food is great as is the prices. I've been a few times. When I come to Brooklyn NY. The waitstaff is knowledgeable about the food they are serving. All in all I enjoy the restaurant.

Hands down one of the best cafes I've ever been to and I grew up in NY. Truly a gem for the variety of beverages and food. Try the breakfast burger, mushroom brekkie, any smoothies or matcha with turmeric ginger to start. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Nice cafe with good food. Thought it was a bit overpriced for the area but at least the portions were good and the food was tasty. Everyone was happy with their meals. It was crazy crowded and busy on a Saturday, but our food came surprisingly quickly and we were able to snag a table. I wish they didn't allow laptop workers on the weekends as about a third of the people here we're taking up lots of space just on the laptops. I also think they could do better with labeling vegetarian/vegan options so people don't have to pester staff with questions. But all and all it's a nice place for a coffee or brunch.

Sine first day I came to Cafe Madeline I liked the place. It has all I need from coffee a local place where I can spend couple hours working in a different atmosphere. Recommended checking it out.
